PowerShell Pro Tools is now free and open-source.

If you want a better PowerShell ISE,
this is a good choice.

PowerShell Pro Tools support PowerShell 7 (x64),
as well as Windows PowerShell (x86 and x64)

I use it with my Visual Studio 2022,
but it is also available for Visual Studio Code.
