How to enter TCC 30.01 registration key on win11

Hi-

Sorry, this must be a common question, but I didn't find anything on a search here (i tried...) .

The instructions say to "menu->help->register" but I can't find anyway to access the "TCC menu". I imagine its due to wi11 shell-wrapper doing things differently than win10.
