v34 History Ctrl-K hangs

From the v34 help...

/A Add a command to the history list. This performs the same function as the Ctrl-K key at the command line.

...followed by Ctrl-K keyboard combination hangs stand-alone tcc.

In v33 it does not hang stand-alone tcc,
but it does not get added to the history.

Can anyone else duplicate this?
