Take Command Tabs font changes when monitor DPI changes

If the monitor DPI changes, the Take Command Tabs font size may change.

Use a laptop with a 240 DPI screen and an external 96 DPI monitor.
Close the laptop lid, so that the external monitor is used.
Start Take Command; the Take Command window is on the external monitor.
Set the Tabs font to Consolas Regular 10.
Exit Take Command by typing "exit" in the TCC tab.
Shut down Windows.
Detach the external monitor.
Start Windows.
Start Take Command.
The Tabs font is Consolas Regular 4.
