Custom shortcuts do not work in TCMD 36.50

Assigning custom shortcuts (Options -> Customize -> Keyboard) does not work properly in TCMD 36.50.

• assign a new shortcut, say, Home -> Close Tab -> Alt+X
• it will be added to the Home menu and work flawlessly
• restart TCMD
• the shortcut will be gone and it is not recorded in the INI-File
