/POS= errors on Win 11

As far as I can tell, the /POS= values for width and height are being ignored on my Windows 11 VM (running under VirtualBox). The first two (x,y) positioning parameters appear to be read correctly, but the width and height are always 120 x 30 (the default for a command window).

Am I missing something obvious?
