Bugs nobody cares about

#1: %_VOLUME: Doesn't work for me in Windows 10. Was it ever updated to use
the Vista mixer model? Does anybody ever use this variable?

#2: %_ADMIN: Works for local users, not for domain users. Does anybody use
this variable? When would it ever be useful?
