Ookla speedtest command line version

Get it for Windows (64-bit) here (scroll down to downloads). It's a zip with 2 files.

For help ... --help (lots of options)
For a list of servers (nearby I imagine) ... -L
Just run it or specify a server with -s <server ID>.
