TCMD in combination with /RDONLY and /GOTOLINE:X doesn't works correctly (of course Test-ANSI.txt exists!
TCEDIT Test-ANSI.txt /RDONLY /gotoline:3 asks to append file - if I say no, then I have two opened tabs: a "Unbenannt" (unknown) (empty of course) which has focus and the desired Test-ANSI.txt on the left.
